Sustainability Data & Systems Specialist

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for a Sustainability Data & Systems Specialist in Bratislava (Petržalka). You will own and develop the company's ESG software platform, centralise environmental, sustainability and ESG data and work with cross-functional teams to automate data flows and move away from manual Excel processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the ESG software platform, supporting implementation, rollout, user management and continuous improvement.
• Integrate environmental, sustainability and ESG data from multiple sources into one centralised solution.
• Ensure data completeness and quality, resolving gaps and inconsistencies with relevant teams and data owners.
• Collaborate with Sustainability, IT, Finance, Procurement and Engineering to automate data flows and replace manual Excel processes.
• Support system testing, user training and reporting, including ESG data visualisation and management reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting or process improvement.
• Exposure to ERP systems, business platforms or digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of data quality, governance or master data concepts is beneficial.
• Experience with sustainability or ESG is welcomed but not required.

Required skills

• Experience with Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Power Query or similar tools is an advantage.

• Indefinite employment contract with a basic gross wage of 2,300 EUR per month (minimum offered).
