Supervisor Electrician

About the role

The Supervisor Electrician will lead the planning, coordination and supervision of electrical projects for our automated production lines. You will ensure that installations, upgrades and repairs are executed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise electrical installations, upgrades and repairs for new technologies.
• Assemble electrical parts, distribute cables, make connections and verify functionality.
• Install automation elements and perform service and repair tasks as needed.
• Manage a team of electricians, assign tasks, provide guidance and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on electrical system design and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• Education in the electrical field (high‑school graduation, university degree or technical diploma).
• Experience supervising electrical projects in an industrial environment.
• Ability to lead a team and work closely with engineering staff.
