Store Manager

About the role

Mango is opening a new store in Košice in February 2027 and seeks a full‑time Store Manager to lead the launch and daily operations. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be the key driver of sales performance, customer experience, and visual standards for the new location.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor actions to exceed sales targets.
• Analyse management indicators and control costs to improve profitability.
• Manage stock levels, collections and merchandising to maximise sales.
• Act as a role model, fostering effective communication and a positive team atmosphere.
• Recruit, train and integrate new employees, ensuring seamless onboarding.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff to reach their full potential.
• Organise, prioritise and allocate tasks efficiently while minimising expenses.

• Proven experience managing a dynamic fashion retail store.
• Self‑motivated leader who inspires teamwork and delivers results.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of maximising profitability.
