Sales & Partnerships Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Representative to help grow Cassovia Code by building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company in the market. The ideal candidate is curious, relationship‑driven and comfortable speaking with CEOs and business owners to understand their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Connect with decision‑makers, open doors to new partnerships and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Represent Cassovia Code at conferences, industry events and networking opportunities.
• Increase brand awareness on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Gather market insights, feedback and trends from prospects, clients and partners.
• Explore and test new outreach methods and contribute ideas to improve sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing and technology teams to shape service offerings.

Required profile

• Understanding of the IT industry and familiarity with technology products or services.
• Active presence on LinkedIn or other professional platforms and a focus on personal branding.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and enjoyment of meeting new people.
• Belief that successful sales are built on trust and long‑term relationships.
• Ability to combine networking, social selling and proactive outreach.
• Quick learner with genuine interest in technology.
• Proactive, idea‑driven and comfortable testing new approaches.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
