Store Athlete – Retail Sales Associate

About the role

As a Store Athlete you will deliver a premium consumer experience in a Nike retail environment. You will use product knowledge and sales techniques to help customers find the right gear for training, competition, and everyday wear.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise customer service skills, basic sales techniques and product knowledge to connect customers with the right products and drive sales.
• Build a strong bond between consumers and the Nike brand by adapting brand stories to the retail setting.
• Operate the cash register, handle shipping and receiving, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties and create visual displays as needed.
• Serve as a product‑knowledge resource for customers and entry‑level associates.
• Assist leads, senior associates and managers in training new team members.
• Support loss‑prevention efforts through proactive customer service.

Required profile

• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Capability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
