About the role

The Senior Account Manager / Team Leader is responsible for selected customer accounts while leading the Account Management team on a daily basis. The role focuses on building strong, long‑term relationships, driving commercial performance and ensuring effective cross‑functional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop assigned customer accounts, acting as the main commercial contact and creating long‑term relationships.
• Manage commercial performance of accounts, including sales, profitability, pricing, quotations and negotiations.
• Coordinate customer requirements across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance and other functions.
• Identify growth opportunities and commercial risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coach and support Account Managers, ensuring balanced workload, prioritisation and professional development.

Required profile

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Leadership and networking abilities.
• At least three years of sales, project or operational experience, preferably in the EMS industry.
• Multicultural mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders globally.
