Software Engineer - SDKs Integration (C++, Rust, Android)

About the role

Innovatrics is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Biometrics for OEM team in Bratislava. You will work on integrating and optimizing SDKs for embedded Linux and Android platforms, bridging cutting‑edge biometric technology with customer solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver biometric toolkits for hardware vendors and system integrators.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers to ensure high performance, portability and modular architecture.
• Mentor junior engineers and define coding standards and best practices.
• Review partner architectures, recommend integration approaches and lead debugging and root‑cause analysis.
• Influence product roadmaps by aligning technical solutions with market and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Strong background in embedded systems and AI model deployment.
• Experience working with resource‑constrained platforms and Linux‑based environments.
• Excellent technical communication skills and ability to work with customers, sales and R&D teams.
