Site Quality Lead – Levice

About the role

Haleon is seeking an inspiring Quality leader to head the Quality function at its Levice manufacturing site in Slovakia. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will shape the quality vision, drive transformational change and build a world‑class quality culture that supports innovation and consumer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the site’s Quality strategy, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance and consumer trust.
• Lead a large, high‑performing Quality organization and embed modern, digital‑enabled quality practices.
• Partner with senior leaders to align quality initiatives with business objectives, accelerate innovation and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the site remains inspection‑ready, commercially successful and ready for future growth initiatives.
• Champion a culture where quality excellence is a shared responsibility across all functions.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in quality management within a manufacturing or consumer‑health environment.
• Track record of delivering strategic influence, operational leadership and transformational impact.
• Ability to develop high‑performing teams and foster a best‑in‑class quality organization.
• Strong commercial acumen and commitment to delivering products trusted by millions.
