Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Executive Search

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Executive Search will lead end‑to‑end executive search activities across senior mandates for CBRE Advisory in the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe. Working closely with the Head of Executive Search and the broader Talent Acquisition team, you will act as a trusted advisor to both the business and senior candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of executive search mandates, from brief to offer, negotiation, hire and onboarding.
• Lead selected senior‑level mandates and support multi‑hire initiatives and search‑related projects.
• Provide market insights, networking and research to understand current and future talent needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with best‑practice and legislation throughout each search.
• Collaborate with C‑Suite stakeholders (CEO, ExCom, CHRO) and internal Talent Acquisition partners.

Required profile

• Proven track record hiring senior individuals in an executive search, internal matrixed, or contingency environment.
• Experience managing senior, end‑to‑end mandates from briefing through onboarding.
• Familiarity with candidate assessment methodologies, competency frameworks and psychometric tools.
• Proactive business development mindset and strong project/workload management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• High‑level networking, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
