Senior Software Engineer (Rust) – Video Processing Platform

About the role

You will lead the development of the Stream Processor, a low‑level application that runs computer‑vision and biometric algorithms on specialized hardware such as smart cameras and embedded devices. The Stream Processor is a core component of our internal Video Processing Platform, used by other teams to deliver access‑control, identity‑verification and forensic solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical design, implementation and maintenance of the Stream Processor.
• Optimize resource allocation to achieve high throughput and low latency on constrained embedded systems.
• Collaborate with backend teams to implement supporting services and ensure seamless integration.

Required profile

• Senior developer with proven ability to research, propose and defend technical decisions.
• Deep expertise in low‑level systems development and embedded hardware.
• Broad understanding of overall system architecture, including edge and backend components.
