Senior Data Scientist – Agentic AI Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of our Agentic AI Platform, a suite of autonomous AI agents that plan, reason, and execute complex business workflows. You will design production‑grade solutions, mentor junior team members, and shape the technical direction of GenAI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and productionize multi‑agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Develop end‑to‑end Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search and grounding.
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs via tool/function calling and Model Context Protocol.
• Build LLM evaluation frameworks, implement safety guardrails, and manage LLMOps/MLOps pipelines.
• Fine‑tune and optimize LLMs on Azure OpenAI/Azure AI Foundry and develop complementary classical ML models.

Required profile

• Professional experience in data science/ML with production LLM or GenAI applications.
• Hands‑on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain or LangGraph).
• Strong understanding of LLM application patterns and prompt engineering.
• Expert‑level Python programming and strong SQL skills.
