Agile Coordinator / Scrum Master

About the role

The Agile Coordinator/Scrum Master bridges business needs with technology solutions, facilitating Agile delivery and supporting ServiceMax field service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owner to analyse and document requirements, translating them into user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and remove impediments.
• Validate delivered solutions through UAT support, functional testing, defect triage and release readiness.
• Apply ServiceMax knowledge to support work orders, service contracts, dispatching, installed base and mobile field execution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on functional experience with ServiceMax or Salesforce.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with product owners, developers, architects and integration teams.
