Senior Azure DevOps Engineer – Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to lead the design and evolution of enterprise‑grade DevOps capabilities on Microsoft Azure. The role combines hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure software delivery for our professional services customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, standardise and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for application and platform workloads in Azure.
• Define source‑control, branching, release and environment‑management strategies across teams and products.
• Build and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code and automation patterns for Azure environments and shared services.
• Embed security, compliance, quality gates and automated testing into delivery pipelines.
• Establish monitoring, telemetry and feedback loops to improve delivery performance and platform reliability.
• Mentor engineers, review designs and act as a senior technical authority for DevOps practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Technologies.
• Upper‑intermediate English (C1); German is a plus.
• 3+ years experience with Azure migration, cost optimisation and hybrid network design.
• 3+ years experience designing and delivering IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and serverless architectures.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills; experience with Agile, Scrum and SAFe.
