Lead ServiceNow Architect (German speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Lead ServiceNow Architect who is fluent in German to join our Digital Order Management hub. You will shape the future architecture of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with Deutsche Telekom IT’s strategic direction and supports critical business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and evolve ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, ITOM and CSM modules.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs to enable reuse and decouple our monolithic landscape.
• Define the target B2B micro‑service architecture and guide its implementation.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration.
• Work closely with IT, business leaders and external partners to translate requirements into architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional IT experience, with at least 5 years in solution design or architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow, especially ITSM, with solid knowledge of ITOM and CSM.
• Strong background in telecommunications order management, product inventory and data segregation.
• Experience with TMF standards and B2B service management.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments, preferably using SAFe.
