Security Technik Specialist - Network Firewall, Routing & Switching

About the role

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia, which entered the Košice region in 2006 and is now one of its largest employers, is looking for a Security Technik Specialist (m/f/d) for its team of security experts. The team protects the security of many international customers and is interested in people who want to grow their skills in security.

Key responsibilities

• Handle administrative and operational tasks in security processes
• Develop, provide and introduce operational security rules, processes and plans in the assigned field
• Select, specify and introduce security management tools and give last-level technical support for security management systems
• Take part in security analyses and event-driven tests, including reviewing them and proposing and implementing optimisation measures
• Prepare, agree and update complex service agreements and contracts with partners and customers
• Advise and support employees on security topics
• Take part in projects and manage sub-projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT
• At least 4 years of experience in ICT Systems Engineering
• CCNP certification
• Fluent English at B2 or C1 level
• Effective communication, team player, clear criminal record
