Seasonal Virtual Registered Nurse

About the role

RPMRoman Pennsylvania Medical, P.C. (RPM) is seeking a Seasonal Virtual Registered Nurse for a six‑month contract. You will work remotely with RPM providers, delivering high‑quality patient care through EMR messaging, triage, and clinical support across sexual health and metabolic health verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care by managing patient messages, counseling, and education.
• Handle side‑effect management, efficacy counseling, and overall practice support.
• Tri­age and escalate patient concerns to appropriate provider groups according to Ro guidelines.
• Review lab results and route adverse event reports to physicians, NPs, or medical leadership.
• Utilize the custom EMR system to answer medical questions, educate patients, and offer lifestyle guidance.
• Adhere to best practices, company policies, and RPM clinical guidelines.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual, non‑traditional healthcare setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot challenging situations and maintain patient safety.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an EMR system (custom RPM platform).
