Brand Specialist – Hematology/Oncology

About the role

The Brand Specialist will drive sales and build strong relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders and pharmacists for Janssen’s hematology/oncology portfolio across Slovakia.

Key responsibilities

• Promote assigned Janssen brands to KOLs and local opinion leaders.
• Develop and execute promotional seminars and coordinate sales‑team activities.
• Analyze customer interaction data to improve communication and sales effectiveness.
• Support the Therapy Area Manager in market intelligence and adaptation of marketing materials.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records and manage national business dynamics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical sales with a proven record.
• Strong key‑account management and KOL engagement skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and ethical standards.
• Team player able to work across multifunctional teams.
• Positive attitude, personal accountability and willingness to learn.
