Sanitation Coordinator – Quality & Hygiene Management

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Sanitation Coordinator and lead the plan‑do‑check‑act (PDCA) cycle of the site quality management system. You will ensure sanitation, hygiene, and GMP compliance across the plant while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the plant sanitation, hygiene, and hygienic design program.
• Coordinate external sanitation teams, internal cleaners, and suppliers.
• Conduct GMP audits, prepare audit reports, and ready the plant for internal and external inspections.
• Perform annual assessments of production lines to mitigate product‑related risks.
• Maintain the Allergen Quality Program, support risk assessments, and ensure proper documentation.
• Oversee pest‑control activities, liaise with service providers, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and business development projects related to hygienic design and GMP requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant laboratory experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet business requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management capability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
