Supplier Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure compliance with quality standards across manufacturing, assembly, and inspection of welded structures and piping systems. The role involves maintaining welding quality, supporting audits, managing documentation, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in internal, customer, and supplier quality audits.
• Monitor manufacturing activities to ensure adherence to quality requirements and specifications.
• Analyze non‑conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to welding and fabrication quality.
• Assist in the preparation and review of quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in a quality engineering role within manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or piping environments.
• Understanding of welding processes, weld inspections, and non‑destructive testing (NDT).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documentation, and specifications.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
