Sales Manager Central Europe & DACH

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our expansion across Central Europe and the DACH region. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who can build long‑term B2B relationships in a technical environment and negotiate fluently in English or German.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact new B2B customers in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Austria and Switzerland to grow the client portfolio.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for key sectors such as healthcare, automation, rail transport, and energy/data technologies.
• Collaborate with internal engineering to design tailored Build‑to‑Print/CMS solutions that meet client specifications.
• Lead negotiations, manage key accounts and represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences.
• Monitor market trends, analyse competitor activity and report sales performance and new opportunities to management.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical mindset with the ability to understand detailed customer specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, independent and result‑oriented attitude.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Conversational English; German is a plus.
