Sales Manager Central Europe & DACH

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive B2B growth across Central Europe and the DACH region. You will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio in key sectors such as healthcare, automation, rail transport, and energy/data technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact new B2B customers in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen market position in targeted sectors.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to create tailored Build‑to‑Print / CMS solutions.
• Lead negotiations, manage key accounts, and represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences.
• Monitor industry trends, analyse competitor activities and report sales performance to management.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical mindset with the ability to understand customer specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, independent and result‑oriented attitude.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Conversational English for business negotiations; German is a plus.
