Purchasing Coordinator – Entry Level

About the role

The Purchasing Coordinator supports procurement and technical services for FF&E and OS&E in the hospitality sector. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with little experience in hotels but who have solid computer skills and intermediate English.

Key responsibilities

• Request quotations from suppliers and follow up via phone and email.
• Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Office.
• Support Project Managers in sourcing hospitality products.
• Learn and use DPI’s proprietary procurement software, Equotus.
• Gain proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.

Required profile

• Permanent resident of Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Basic computer literacy and eagerness to develop hospitality procurement expertise.
• Motivation to grow within a small, international company.
