Project Manager – German (C1) – Security

About the role

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia is seeking a Project Manager with advanced German language skills (C1) to lead security‑related projects. Based in Košice, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business cases and comprehensive project plans, including specifications, costs, and deliverables.
• Organise and resource project teams in line with customer requirements.
• Monitor execution, control risks, and report progress to stakeholders and steering committees.
• Ensure smooth hand‑over of results to the customer organization and evaluate project outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate team members to achieve project milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent secondary education.
• Minimum 2 years of project‑management experience with proven references.
• Advanced German (C1) and upper‑intermediate English (B2) communication skills.
• Certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Foundation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (advanced).
• Experience using MS Project (intermediate).
• Knowledge of ITIL (basic) and ICT concepts.
• Advanced understanding of project‑management methodology.
