Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support cross‑departmental collaboration and reduce lead times for Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) projects within our Power and IT Systems business units. The role will act as the main point of contact for orders from receipt until production, ensuring accurate delivery dates and smooth hand‑over to manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the organization until an order enters production.
• Validate order confirmations and deliver them to customers within five days.
• Develop and maintain project plans using parallel activity planning.
• Identify and assess risks that could affect delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Product Management to decide on purchasing or pre‑assembly based on temporary documentation.
• Monitor daily order flow, evaluate deviations, and plan corrective actions.
• Escalate issues when necessary and manage the project from start to finish.
• Liaise with Application Engineering, Order Management, Sales, Design Leads, Purchasing, Production Planning and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word – intermediate.
• Microsoft Excel – intermediate.
• Project management knowledge (PMP certification a plus).
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, order management and supply‑chain processes.
