Project Controlling Manager

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for a Project Controlling Manager in Levice. You will act as a Finance Business Partner to the BU Controller and local management, leading a team of Project Controllers while also handling selected projects yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial insights and decision support to the BU Controller and local management.
• Lead and guide a team of Project Controllers and take direct responsibility for selected projects.
• Monitor project performance (costs, revenue recognition, cash flow, forecasts, risks and opportunities) through regular project reviews.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial compliance, audit support and corrective actions for budget deviations.
• Improve project controlling processes, ERP systems and commercial awareness.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project controlling, FP&A and finance in an international, project-driven environment, ideally industrial or construction.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, local taxation, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Required skills

• ERP and reporting systems (SAP/IFS preferred).
• Advanced Excel.
• Interest in BI tools and data analytics.

• Indefinite employment contract with a basic gross wage of 3,700 EUR per month (minimum offered).
