Product Manager – Rare Diseases (Czech & Slovakia)

About the role

AstraZeneca is seeking a Product Manager to lead the execution of its Rare Disease marketing strategy across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement business plans that drive market performance and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the marketing strategy for assigned rare‑disease products, using market insights and competitor intelligence.
• Collaborate with sales, public relations, market access and other functions to create disease‑level, operational and campaign plans.
• Develop promotional materials, coordinate with agencies, and support Key Account Managers through tailored training.
• Organise and manage marketing events, evaluate promotional activities and optimise performance.
• Monitor product performance, analyse data and market trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with external experts and opinion leaders.
• Prepare sales forecasts in partnership with logistics and align strategies with international colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong experience in brand or product management within prescription medicines, including product launches.
• Deep understanding of healthcare professional and patient needs.
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Autonomous, proactive and flexible approach with high accountability.
• Advanced project‑management capabilities.
