Product Development System Engineer – Industrial BLDC Motors

About the role

As a Product Development System Engineer you will act as the main technical bridge between customers, project managers and specialised R&D teams. You will evaluate hardware and software requirements, design robust system architectures and monitor development progress for industrial BLDC motor applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical project support for industrial BLDC motor projects.
• Analyse customer hardware and software requirements and assess cost, schedule and technical impact.
• Translate requirements into detailed specification sheets.
• Participate in system architecture design and strategy definition.
• Evaluate development concepts from functional, technological and economic perspectives.
• Coordinate with internal R&D, customers, suppliers and external developers.
• Offer technical support, troubleshooting and modifications.
• Manage project timelines, monitor progress and review documentation.
• Develop test specifications for system testing.

Required profile

• Higher vocational or university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer or Industrial Engineering.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
• Hands‑on experience in a comparable industrial position.
• Ability to work independently with high responsibility and precision.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication and organisational skills.
• Team player with willingness to travel.
