PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist – AI‑Driven

About the role

EDIMO seeks an experienced PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist to own the full performance lifecycle across seven European markets. The role blends e‑commerce and lead‑generation campaigns with an AI‑first mindset, encouraging smarter, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple countries, handling budget allocation, bidding strategies and campaign structure.
• Conduct performance analysis, test audiences, creatives, ad copy and landing pages, and scale successful tactics while quickly discarding under‑performing ones.
• Implement and maintain tracking with GA4, GTM (including server‑side), Google Merchant Center, and conversion APIs.
• Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, creative and IT teams to improve ROAS/POAS, CPA and overall efficiency.
• Continuously explore AI tools and automation to accelerate and enhance performance marketing workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on PPC / performance marketing experience, preferably across e‑commerce and lead‑generation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link campaign metrics to business outcomes.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets across multiple countries.
• Fluent English; Slovak native speaker or C1 level preferred.
