People Business Partner

About the role

Enjoy Gaming is seeking a proactive People Business Partner to own the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor for team leads and employees. The role blends human‑centric coaching with data‑driven analysis to support engagement, performance and retention across a remote‑focused gaming studio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee journey: onboarding, probation tracking, performance reviews, internal moves, off‑boarding and exit interviews.
• Partner with managers and staff to provide coaching on performance, burnout prevention, conflict resolution and career development.
• Analyze HR metrics (eNPS, turnover, survey data) to identify trends, predict risks and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and run learning initiatives, skill‑gap analyses and leadership development programs for remote/hybrid teams.
• Plan and execute team‑building, virtual and onsite events to sustain a vibrant company culture.
• Continuously audit, improve and automate HR processes, SOPs and playbooks, including AI‑enabled tools.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS platforms, with a focus on HiBob.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in an IT environment.
• Native or fluent Ukrainian and upper‑intermediate English for cross‑border communication.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn raw HR data into strategic recommendations.
• High empathy, active listening and mediation skills for effective 1‑on‑1 and performance conversations.
• Continuous‑improvement orientation with interest in process automation and AI tooling.

• Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms, preferably HiBob.
• HR analytics and metrics reporting.
• Process optimisation and automation tools.
• Experience with AI‑enabled HR solutions.
