Payroll Advisor – Slovakia

About the role

As a Payroll Advisor you will ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations for Dell Technologies in Slovakia. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external payroll vendors, driving continuous improvement and supporting system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Slovak payroll processing, guaranteeing timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with local legislation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and third‑party payroll vendors.
• Audit payroll data, reconcile results, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and apply payroll policies, statutory deductions, contributions, and employee benefits.
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to integrate HCM, Time & Attendance, and SAP GlobalView payroll systems.
• Prepare payroll calendars, process monthly salary and third‑party payments, and handle escalations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Slovak payroll legislation and best practices.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end payroll operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
