About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced senior accountant to join its Tax Management and Accounting Services department in Bratislava. The role combines client advisory, preparation of financial and tax statements for multinational clients, and leadership of junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounting and tax advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Prepare accounting and tax reports for multinational clients, including VAT and corporate tax calculations.
• Work with IFRS, US GAAP and Slovak accounting standards.
• Lead bookkeeping, month‑end closings and financial statement preparation according to Slovak regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and analyses.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Proficiency with MS Navision / Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Slovak accounting and tax legislation.
• Experience preparing tax returns.
• English language level at least B2.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
