Part-time Enterprise Technology Student Internship

About the role

Join Erste Digital’s Group Finance & HR tribe as a part‑time student intern and help shape enterprise technology solutions that support finance, HR and statutory reporting. You will work closely with the tribe architect and members to explore improvement opportunities across applications and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the tribe architect on technology topics such as architecture, UX, AI, automation, technical debt, monitoring and documentation.
• Analyse existing applications and processes, talk to experts, and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose, test and help implement ideas that add value, while discarding those that do not.

Required profile

• Enrolled at a Slovak university as a full‑time student.
• Curious about technology and able to work independently without a detailed task list.
• Comfortable structuring unclear problems, communicating with experts and following up.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP or other enterprise technologies (e.g., Tagetik, SAP Analytics Cloud) is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
