About the role

Mondelez International is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to ensure full service delivery across an assigned region. You will be responsible for executing the "Perfect Store" concept, driving promotions, and maintaining optimal product visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver complete Mondelez service in the designated territory following company standards.
• Execute promotions and flyer activities as directed by the Key Account Manager.
• Maintain retail listings, process orders, and ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Implement commercial conditions on shelves, secondary displays, and checkout zones.
• Distribute and position POP/POS materials to maximize product communication and visibility.
• Coordinate merchandising activities with agency staff.
• Record sales, manage activities, and collect data using the internal Jachym system.
• Report results to the Area Sales Manager and handle administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• 2–3 years of experience as a sales representative in the FMCG sector.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B) with at least two years of driving experience.
• Own a car that can also be used for private purposes.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office Word, Excel and Microsoft Teams (moderate level).
• Experience with Outlook.
• Familiarity with the internal sales system Jachym.
• Valid driver’s licence B.
