Multinational Programme Coordinator

About the role

The Multinational Programme Coordinator will support the delivery and management of Starr Insurance's multinational programmes, ensuring smooth policy issuance, premium collection and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Underwriting, Brokers, MPM and Issuing Offices to gather required details for programme implementation.
• Initiate Salesforce and Camilion bookings, manage Master Shell bookings and issue Master policies where applicable.
• Enter accounts into iCede, send local policy instructions and track programme performance against SLAs.
• Manage reinsurance payments, local policy reviews, file management and ensure adherence to local regulations, tariffs and tax calculations.

Required profile

• Experience in multinational business or related areas with summary‑level financial management.
• Understanding of currency, exchange rates and reinsurance practices.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to liaise with multiple countries.
