Senior Manager Treasury (m/f)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager Treasury to join its finance consulting team in Bratislava. You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop capital structure strategies, manage liquidity and cash flow, and advise on mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client treasury requirements and design optimal capital structure solutions.
• Manage liquidity, cash‑flow forecasting and treasury operations for clients.
• Provide strategic advice on M&A, divestitures and other financial transactions.
• Lead and coach project teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate finance, treasury management or related financial advisory services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive teams.

Required skills
