Motion Full Stack Developer & Technical Consultant

About the role

Continental, a technology company founded in 1871 focused on sustainable and connected mobility, is looking for a Motion Full Stack Developer & Technical Consultant in Púchov. The role takes ownership of the Tech Library application: you will drive its support, development and continuous improvement while acting as the main expert and advisor for users and stakeholders, working closely with business teams to deliver new features.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain and continuously improve the Tech Library application
• Develop and implement new features, enhancements and bug fixes
• Monitor application performance and resolve operational issues
• Manage application releases, testing and maintenance activities
• Gather user requirements and turn them into technical solutions
• Support application integrations and configuration
• Act as the main technical contact and provide consulting on capabilities, best practices and future enhancements
• Maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing materials
• Contribute to business initiatives involving the Tech Library application

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Experience in software development, application support or technical consulting
• Ability to gather business requirements and turn them into technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Required skills

• Java Spring (backend) and JavaScript (frontend)
• Application operations, testing, release management and troubleshooting

Starting salary: about 2,328 EUR per month for a fresh graduate and 2,869 EUR per month for an experienced person, both with a variable part. Applications close on 29 October 2026.
