Medical Science Liaison – Oncology (Slovakia)

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will support Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s oncology portfolio in Slovakia. You will act as a scientific bridge between the company and healthcare professionals, ensuring the latest medical knowledge is shared and applied.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders, including oncologists and research experts.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits, educational meetings, and conference engagements.
• Gather and disseminate medical insights across internal functions.
• Implement the medical strategy for new products and indications within the oncology therapeutic area.
• Organise medical education events in collaboration with the Medical Manager.
• Provide scientific support to both external customers and internal teams.
• Train internal staff to ensure high standards of brand and therapy expertise.

Required profile

• Strong scientific background in oncology or related medical field.
• Proven ability to develop trustworthy relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication skills for transparent, constructive dialogue.
• Experience in medical affairs or similar roles is preferred.
