Leasing Manager

About the role

P3 is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the full leasing lifecycle for its industrial warehouse assets in Slovakia. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, rental income and tenant‑mix performance while working in a dynamic European real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end leasing activities for assigned assets, from opportunity identification to deal closure, with measurable KPIs such as occupancy rate and rental income.
• Develop and execute proactive tenant acquisition strategies, including cold calling, targeted outreach and early engagement with prospects.
• Design and implement asset‑specific marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing and Business Development.
• Negotiate and structure lease agreements and renewals, coordinating with Legal, Technical, Construction and Development teams.
• Prepare high‑quality investment and financial analyses, manage internal approval processes and ensure disciplined commercial decision‑making.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with tenants, agents and internal stakeholders to ensure long‑term satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or retail real‑estate leasing, with a proven record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong deal‑making, negotiation and commercial acumen, supported by solid financial and analytical skills.
• Proactive, impact‑driven mindset with the ability to create opportunities and translate market insight into concrete actions.
• Customer‑centric relationship orientation and ability to understand tenants’ business models.
• Professional proficiency in English and native‑level Czech or Slovak.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of industrial real‑estate leasing processes and market dynamics.
• Ability to conduct financial modelling, risk assessment and legal compliance checks.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑structuring capabilities.
• Construction‑related education or technical knowledge is an advantage.
