Head of Real Estate Project Management – Slovakia

About the role

The Head of Real Estate Slovakia is responsible for overseeing and managing day‑to‑day operations, executing regional and global strategies locally, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes for clients while aligning with Turner & Townsend’s purpose, values and vision.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute regional and global strategies locally, ensuring alignment with objectives and standards.
• Manage country financial performance, monitor revenue, cost, utilisation and margin, and take corrective actions.
• Support business development, maintain key client relationships and contribute to proposals and bids.
• Provide inclusive people leadership, line‑manage key roles, and promote talent recruitment and development.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring scope, quality, budget and programme requirements are met and risks are mitigated.
• Promote health, safety and wellbeing culture and ensure compliance with local legislation and company standards.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, architecture, project management or a related discipline.
• Proven senior operational leadership experience in a multinational professional services or project‑based environment, preferably within real estate or industrial sectors.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Demonstrated client and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian.
