Key Account Manager Industry – Automotive Repair & Industry

About the role

Sika Slovensko is looking for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager for its Industry business area. You will develop automotive repair business across Slovakia and look after industrial manufacturing and industrial equipment customers in the Bratislava, Trnava and Nitra regions. The company offers a transparent commission system with no upper limit on earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Grow sales in automotive repair and industry across Slovakia
• Manage and develop relationships with key customers
• Identify new business opportunities and turn them into sustainable growth
• Propose technical and commercial solutions based on customer needs and the Sika product portfolio
• Negotiate terms, prepare price offers and close deals
• Manage business activities, opportunities and forecasts through the CRM system
• Monitor market, competition and customer changes
• Work with internal teams to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, managing key accounts or developing business
• Strong commercial mindset and good communication, presentation and relationship skills
• Ability to understand technical products and turn customer needs into value-adding solutions
• Independent, proactive and results-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of English and willingness to travel regularly
• Valid category B driving licence
