Junior Tax Consultant (Full‑time)

About the role

EY is looking for a motivated fifth‑year university student to join its tax practice in Slovakia as a Junior Tax Consultant. The position starts in September 2026 and offers a fast‑track entry into tax advisory, with training and hands‑on experience on real client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects covering international taxation, HR audits, due diligence and transfer pricing.
• Collaborate with colleagues from Slovakia and other EY offices on tax due‑diligence and acquisition assignments.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and support the delivery of tax solutions.
• Assist in drafting legislative proposals and contribute to the development of tax regulations.
• Support innovation initiatives and research activities within the tax team.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the fifth year of a university degree, preferably in finance, economics, law or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn tax concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Motivation to start a professional career before graduation.
