Junior iOS Developer – Hybrid

About the role

Join Innovatrics as a Junior iOS Developer on a hybrid schedule, working within the Platform Engineering department. You will contribute to the Auto‑capture components platform, building native and cross‑platform SDKs that capture biometric data for identity verification worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Fix bugs and implement small improvements in the existing iOS SDK codebase.
• Participate in code reviews and pair‑program with senior iOS engineers to learn best practices.
• Design and develop well‑scoped features for the iOS SDK, focusing on API clarity and developer experience.
• Collaborate with Android and web teams to ensure consistent functionality across platforms.
• Gradually take ownership of more complex tasks such as camera capture, image processing, and security‑related features.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic junior‑level developer eager to grow in mobile SDK development.
• Strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn from peers.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and communicate with distributed teams.
• Interest in biometrics, identity verification, and high‑performance mobile solutions.

Required skills

• iOS development (Swift/Objective‑C) and SDK design.
• Experience or familiarity with Rust and Flutter for cross‑platform work.
• Understanding of camera capture, image processing, and security concepts.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code and performing code reviews.
