Investment Analyst / Junior Investment Analyst – Real Estate

About the role

This client‑facing position offers a fast‑track career in real estate investments and capital markets. You will work on high‑profile transactions in the Slovak market, interacting with institutional investors, developers and lenders while gaining exposure to all stages of the deal process.

Key responsibilities

• Financial analysis and modelling of real‑estate investments, including cash‑flow and DCF models.
• Support buy‑side and sell‑side transactions from origination to execution.
• Prepare investment presentations, teasers and information memoranda for domestic and international investors.
• Conduct market research and analyse investment opportunities.
• Assist during due‑diligence and transaction execution.
• Participate in client meetings, investor presentations and industry conferences.
• Maintain relationships with investors, developers, lenders and other market participants.

Required profile

• University degree in Real Estate or a related quantitative discipline (for junior level).
• Or minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate, M&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Valuation or Private Equity (for senior level).
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Slovak or Czech at B1 level or higher.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to work independently while communicating clearly with senior professionals.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modelling.
• PowerPoint for investor‑grade presentations.
• Understanding of DCF, IRR and NPV calculations.
• Financial analysis and valuation techniques.
