HR Shared Services Specialist – Recruitment & Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist focused on recruitment and onboarding to support Capco UK. This fixed‑term maternity cover role will handle end‑to‑end administrative processes, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and new joiners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily HR shared‑services support for recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Schedule interviews, collect required documentation, and coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the administrative side of onboarding, including data entry into the HR database.
• Maintain and update employee records accurately.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and support ad‑hoc operational tasks.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in HR, particularly recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, unpredictable environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
