HR Compliance Specialist – Internal Controls & Governance

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as an HR Compliance Specialist and help shape the future of healthcare by designing and enhancing the HR internal control system. The role offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing up to 60% mobile work within Germany and occasional remote work abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the HR internal control system.
• Coordinate Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) activities for HR processes.
• Develop, document and optimise control designs to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Monitor control effectiveness, analyse deficiencies and drive remediation.
• Support audit activities and prepare evidence for internal and external audits.
• Oversee cybersecurity controls within HR and collaborate with IT and security teams.
• Advise process owners on governance, risk and compliance and promote standardisation.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and decision‑making material for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Compliance, Risk Management or a related field (bachelor’s degree with relevant experience also accepted).
• Several years of experience in compliance, internal controls, audit, risk management or governance.
• Proven experience with Internal Control Systems, ICFR/SOX requirements or audit processes.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and associated risk controls is an advantage.
• Experience working with international and cross‑functional stakeholders.
