HR Business Partner – Slovakia Manufacturing Site

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the human resources function at our manufacturing site in Nitra, Slovakia. You will manage a small HR team, ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, and act as a strategic partner to both local site leadership and international HR groups.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll, attendance, onboarding, HR administration, and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three HR professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Slovak labour legislation and internal HR policies.
• Partner with site leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and other HR matters.
• Collaborate with international HR teams and headquarters on global initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR Operations professional.
• Background in HR within a manufacturing environment (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience with payroll, attendance, onboarding, and HR reporting.
• Ability to work effectively with local stakeholders and international headquarters.
• Fluent in Slovak and English.
