Global Compensation & Benefits Professional (12‑month contract)

About the role

Join AGRANA’s new Global HR Hub as a Compensation & Benefits Professional. In this 12‑month fixed‑term position you will help design, implement and maintain fair, competitive compensation programs across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Global Rewards in rolling out the global compensation strategy across countries.
• Manage job evaluations, classifications, salary reviews, bonus processes and related activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR managers on compensation best practices.
• Contribute to global projects such as job architecture, pay transparency and pay‑equity analyses.
• Maintain and configure compensation processes in Workday, including data validation and reporting.
• Analyse market and internal salary data, participate in surveys and provide recommendations.
• Maintain compensation policies, ensure compliance and drive process improvements.
• Support employee benefits programs and coordinate communication with business partners.
• Prepare compensation reports and coordinate project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, HR Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in compensation or HR.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential data and quickly learn new processes.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Workday (or another HRIS) experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
