Finance OTC Analyst – Order-to-Cash (m/f)

About the role

The Finance OTC Analyst will support the Order-to-Cash process for Bosch's Mobility Aftermarket, Power Tools and Home Comfort divisions. You will be responsible for managing collections, maintaining customer accounts and resolving disputes to ensure smooth cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the collection process and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Provide excellent customer service for payment‑related inquiries.
• Investigate, raise and coordinate resolution of customer queries and account issues.
• Support the management of a broad Accounts Receivable portfolio.
• Maintain customer accounts and proactively communicate expected payment dates.
• Contribute to timely cash collection and overall Accounts Receivable performance.

Required profile

• Secondary education with school‑leaving examination or university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) and advanced French (C1); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer‑oriented mindset.
• Team player with resilience in handling difficult payment conversations.
• Systematic, independent and precise work style.
