Accounts Receivable Accountant

About the role

Klarstein is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full accounts receivable process, ensure accurate bank postings and support month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Download, verify and post daily bank statements in SAP.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, recording incoming and outgoing payments.
• Match payments with open items such as invoices and credit notes.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing related to bank accounts.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury teams.
• Communicate with banks and internal stakeholders to resolve posting issues.

Required profile

• Education in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP FI.
