Facility Manager

About the role

BizLink is seeking a Facility Manager to ensure that its premises operate smoothly and remain in optimal technical condition. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure, efficient, and well‑managed physical environment that supports the company’s global interconnect solutions business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the technical condition of all buildings and facilities to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of site infrastructure and report on maintenance needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise internal and external service activities, ensuring timely execution.
• Participate in supplier selection processes and evaluate incoming offers for quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Maintain effective communication with regulatory authorities, external vendors, and internal departments.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on facility status, operational metrics, and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance or facility management role.
• Demonstrated independence and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
